By accessing or using Jokki CMMS (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your organization (“Customer”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Jokki provides a multi-tenant computerized maintenance management system. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. Access is provided on a subscription basis as described at checkout.
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for all activity under your account. You will ensure your users comply with these Terms.
Fees are billed by subscription (monthly or annual) through our payment processor. Failed payments may result in a grace period followed by suspension of access. Suspension does not delete your data. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Jokki the rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You will not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate applicable law.
The Service is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by law, Jokki disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
