How Jokki collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: June 2026 · Interim version
This is an interim policy for our early-access period and will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version before general availability.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, and demo-request details — and operational data you enter into the Service. We also collect limited technical information (e.g., log and device data) needed to operate and secure the Service.
We use information to provide and improve the Service, respond to demo requests and support, process subscriptions, communicate important account notices, and maintain security.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and payment processing), as required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Jokki and its customers.
Customer data is isolated per account and protected with row-level access controls, audit logging, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Following cancellation, data is retained per our retention policy and then deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits. Account administrators can manage user data within the Service.
If you request a demo or sign up, we may send related communications. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
Privacy questions can be directed through our contact page.
